We are in search of a Web Project Manager with a demonstrated record of successful website projects, both minor and major. You will be held accountable for administering all digital campaigns from initial conception and design to completion. You should have an exhaustive knowledge of industry standards and concentrate on satisfying the requirements of our crew and our customers.

Your diligence, capacity to work jointly, and energy for producing excellent websites are critical for this function. You must be able to make autonomous decisions and keep up with all ventures. This incorporates handling customer prospects, spending plans, resources, and range in a structured and precise mode. In this role, you will be the head of our design and development teams; leading them in the production and delivery of remarkable websites.

Production

• Plan and schedule website projects, large and small, based on business documentation (client requirements, SOW, etc.).
• Manage available resources, prioritize tasks, and set everything up (milestones, client responsibilities, QA time, etc.) in our project management tool (Clickup).
• You will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of projects and communication with design and development resources to ensure that projects are completed on time, on budget, on schedule, and with quality.
• Lead internal and external calls and presentations, ensuring they stay on schedule and meet objectives.
• Ensure quality control and review of deliverables prepared by the team before they reach the client.

Client management

• Act as a client manager, acting as a liaison between production teams and clients to facilitate communication, regular updates, progress reports and expectation management throughout the project lifecycle to ensure client satisfaction.
• Analyze information provided by the client to effectively determine modifications to project requirements and potential obstacles.
  
• Plan, monitor and manage client input and requirements to ensure the needs of our design and development teams are met.
  
• Collaborate with sales to define upsell/support projects: provide work breakdown structures, cost and time estimates, and use your technical expertise to ensure the success of new projects, from support tasks to large website projects.
